ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

At that time, the shareholders will elect two directors for a term of one year, or until such time as their successors shall be elected or appointed.
