ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins was held on Friday, March 27, 2009, at the Palais des congrès de Montréal, room 517, at 10:45 a.m.

At that time, the shareholders shall elect two directors for a term of one year, or until such time as their successors shall be elected or appointed.

Nominee profiles for candidates eligible to stand for election were sent to all shareholders in the mailing for the Notice of Meeting and were also available for consultation at the Annual General Meeting.

The elected candidates are Ms. Josée Fortin and Mr. Maurice Doyon.
