Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins is a publicly-traded company founded on the initiative of the Desjardins Group. The Act constituting Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins, R.S.Q. 2001, chapter C-6.1, was adopted by the Québec's National Assembly on June 21, 2001 and effective on July 1, 2001.
