More than 34,000 people want to contribute to the collective capital of Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins


Montreal, October 3, 2025 – The period for expressing interest in acquiring shares of Capital régional et coopératif Desjardins (CRCD) ended on September 23, 2025, with 34,468 applications, totalling more than $158 million. With an authorized issue of $150 million for 2025, a random selection was made on October1, 2025, among all individuals who submitted an application to fairly determine the order of those who will be able to subscribe.

As a result, 32,649 Quebecers will have the opportunity to take advantage of the 25% provincial tax credit by completing their subscription between October 3 at 9 a.m. and October 28, 2025, at 4 p.m. In the event of withdrawals, the next individuals on the list will be contacted until the authorized amount is fully sold.

Good news for the 2026 issue: $155ִ million in shares will be available to continue supporting local businesses and stimulate wealth creation in all regions of Quebec. By investing in CRCD, shareholders contribute to the growth of their community.
