Founded in 1987 by Jacques Gauthier and his partner France, Groupe Restos Plaisirs operates 12 concept restaurants in the Québec City region, including Cochon Dingue, Lapin Sauté, Jaja, Paris Grill, Café du Monde and Ciel. Also providing catering and banquet services, the Groupe is home to some 880 employees, and up to 950 during the summer.
