In 2002, La Voie Maltée opened its doors in Jonquière with the aim of democratizing craft beer and maximizing the culinary approach to beer. Today, four restaurants in the Saguenay and Quebec City regions offer completely different food and beer menus. In 2014, the 30,000 hl microbrewery will be installed, enabling them to produce their canned beers anywhere in Quebec.
