Pit Caribou

Established in 2007 in L’Anse-à-Beaufils, Microbrasserie Pit Caribou has become the only microbrewer to offer over twenty spontaneous fermentation beers to which special editions are introduced each year.
Many of their beers have won prestigious awards at national and international competitions. The Gaspé enterprise presently employs around 50 people.
