Fromagerie des Basques inc.

Founded in 1995, Fromagerie des Basques produces close to 40 uniquely flavoured cheeses made from 100% pure pasteurized cow's milk. The full line of products is available at the company's Trois-Pistoles shop and in a number of stores in the Lower St. Lawrence and the Gaspé Peninsula. Fromagerie des Basques also produces prepared meals. Based in Trois-Pistoles, the family-owned business also includes an ice cream bar, a bakery and a restaurant.

The number of employees ranges from 85 to 120 during the summer.
