3 people appointed by the previous 9 , including one representing SMEs and another, cooperatives
1 person appointed by the other 12 to handle the relations with Desjardins Group

Jean-Guy Senécal has served as a business advisor for over 30 years. As a partner with PwC, he worked with large corporations, gaining a wealth of experience with some of Québec’s largest multinationals. Jean-Guy is actively involved in the business community as well as in social and community activities.

Anne-Marie Renaud developed unique management and business expertise during a career spanning over 30 years at PepsiCo Foods Canada (Frito-Lay Canada), a Fortune 50 company, where her various executive positions honed her specialized strategic planning and change management skills in a complex business context. Anne-Marie is currently putting her skills to good use helping SMEs grow and develop under good governance.

Ms. Ermacora is a proven manager, most notably being a past president of Createch, a Bell Canada company. With a degree in computer science and an MBA, Ms. Ermacora has also served as a director of several companies. She is currently a member of the boards of Averna Technologies, GHGSat and the Institut de Recherches cliniques de Montréal.

Linda Labbé has been with Desjardins Group for 33 years, serving in a number of senior management positions in Finance and Accounting. She is chair of the Board of Directors of the Institut national de la recherche scientifique and a member of the boards of the Fondation de l’Hôpital Charles-LeMoyne and the Centre de Ressourcement Attitude.

Entrepreneur et investisseur depuis plus de 25 ans, M. Auger possède une solide expérience en développement d’entreprises, en gouvernance et en création de valeur à long terme. Son parcours est marqué par des projets d’envergure dans des secteurs variés, notamment le divertissement, le commerce de détail et la restauration.
Après une formation en finance et en gestion internationale, M. Auger amorce très tôt sa carrière entrepreneuriale. En 2005, il acquiert une franchise IMAX, qu’il dirigera pendant plus de dix ans avant de la céder à Cineplex.
En 2013, il poursuit ensuite son parcours avec l’aventure Chocolats Favoris où, à titre d’actionnaire et de dirigeant, il contribue à l’une des croissances les plus impressionnantes d’une entreprise québécoise des dernières années.
Après avoir quitté l’entreprise en 2025, M. Auger est aujourd’hui propriétaire de plusieurs restaurants McDonald's, une organisation à laquelle sa famille est étroitement liée depuis près de 50 ans.

After acquiring the family business, Bernard Bolduc helped drive its expansion from 30 to over 250 employees across Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia. Under his leadership, Altrum has been named to the 2019 Canada’s Best Managed Companies Gold Standard designation, after maintaining Best Managed status for three consecutive years. Deeply involved in his region, Bernard serves on several corporate and not-for-profit boards of directors.

With Desjardins Group since 1991, Éric Charron has 20 years experience in business financing. He has held the position of General Manager, Caisse Desjardins de Gatineau since September 2013. As Governor of the Gatineau Chamber of Commerce, Éric is also very active in the community and involved in a number of community organizations, including serving on the Board of Directors of Centraide Outaouais.
René Delsanne

With over 40 years' experience in the financial sector and in advisory services, Mr. Delsanne has developed extensive experience in governance, corporate finance and investment management. Since 2014, he has managed his own company, advising pension funds and financial institutions.
He holds a master's degree in mathematics as well as the designations of Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and CFA, and sits on several boards and committees of companies and government institutions. In particular, he has served as an advisor to the Pension Investment Board of the Société de transport de Montréal, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in Ottawa, and UNRWA.

A graduate of HEC Montréal in business administration with a specialization in operations, production and information systems management, Ms. Elmallem has some 20 years' experience in strategy and governance. An executive partner at 6temik since 2015, she was previously chief country representative in strategy and international business development, Africa for Bombardier.
A member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, she sits on several boards and committees, including chairing Entreprendre ICI, which supports and mentors entrepreneurs from ethnocultural diversity.

Ms. Guimond holds a graduate diploma in taxation and is a Chartered Professional Accountant. She specializes in certification, as well as financial and operational risk management. With over twenty years of experience in this field, she has been a partner and director of Audacie Inc. since 2005, a multi-service professional firm primarily dedicated to supporting businesses.
With extensive experience in governance, she assists several large Canadian companies in complying with certification standards 52-109, providing them with guidance and support in terms of compliance.
Shirley Marquis

Ms. Marquis has accumulated around twenty years of experience in the financial services industry and has developed expertise in life insurance and wealth management. After leading teams and managing significant portfolios at iA Financial Group and National Bank, she acquired a financial center from the SFL Wealth Management Network, where she incorporated her financial planning practice.Since November 2024, she has been Senior Director and Practice Lead at Lussier, a consulting firm specializing in insurance.
Certified by the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés at Université Laval and possessing governance experience, she has served on several boards of directors and corporate committees, including the Financial Security Chamber and the Cosmodôme Foundation, where she has been president since 2022.

Mr. Gilles Mourette has more than 35 years of professional experience in the financial and IT sectors in Europe and Canada.
A graduate of a master's degree in science with a concentration in marketing from HEC Paris, he is involved as a business mentor with entrepreneurs under the business mentoring program Réseau Mentorat.
Certified by the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés of Laval University and with extensive experience in governance, he has served on several boards of directors and corporate committees. He notably held the positions of Senior Vice-President Client experience and Operations management for SSQ Insurance, President and CEO of the SSQ Group general insurance.

Prior to holding various management positions at Revenu Québec, Louis Roy worked with business start-up, growth and financing organizations supporting local and regional economic development in Québec. Active in the financial cooperatives sector for over 15 years with Desjardins Group, Louis serves on the board of directors of Caisse de Sillery-Saint-Louis-de-France, including eight as President.
